Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training.

Daily schedule will be:

730am-1030am

Asana +Pranayama & Meditation

1030-1230

Brunch/Shower/Freetime

1230-530pm

All the required yoga theory will be taught in the afternoon sessions.

✅All the steps or stages of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and more.

✅How to modify or tailor the ancient system to teach students of all levels including complete beginner, intermediate to advanced levels and students of all ages.

✅Yoga ethics, personal and professional.

✅Asana info (names, adjustments, modifications, safety information, teachers tips and more)

✅Pranayama study. As part of this course you will learn about and also how to practice pranayama safely and effectively.

✅Lots of hands on real life teaching experience. Very quickly we want you to start teaching very simple things progressing up to large classes. That way when you qualify you already have actual teaching experience and can go on to become a confident yoga teacher.

✅Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

✅Intro to Ayurveda, Prana, Ojas, Tijas and how Ayurveda relates to Ashtanga Yoga.

✅Anatomy & Physiology

✅Chakra theory & Practice.

✅Yoga Psychology, higher level yogic theory and how to cultivate a positive mental attitude.

✅The Business of Yoga and how to move forward as a pro yogi.

✅Step by step we take you through the pre-meditation stages of Ashtanga yoga and give you time and space to sit and practice and hopefully find a blissful state of mind / meditation.

If you do need to miss a day or half a day it is ok but please let us know and we will make sure you don’t miss out on any info.

The price is 80,000Baht and includes all the reading materials and course books needed. We have free mats and showers and parking is available.

The course is registered with the yoga Alliance USA and you will be able to become RYT200 and qualified ready teach yoga internationally.
